FileView/X
Mabry Software's FileView/X component provides a file list view identical to that seen in Windows Explorer. Using FileView/X, you can easily present a list of files that the user can choose to display as large icons, small icons, names, or complete details. There is a FilePattern property that you can use to select which files are to be displayed. And, for more demanding filtering requirements, an event is fired for each item before it is displayed, enabling you to determine on the fly which items to display. There is a pattern matching method to help you filter names, plus many other useful properties and events. FileView/X can be used in conjunction with Mabry Software’s FolderView/X to create applications that have complete - or limited - explorer capabilities
FolderView/X
Mabry's FolderView/X component provides a folder list view which is identical to that seen in Windows Explorer. Using FolderView/X you can easily present a list of folders to users. There are a number of properties which can be used to enable special features such as checkboxes, buttons, and lines between folders. FolderView/X can be used in conjunction with Mabry's FileView/X to create applications which have complete - or limited - explorer capabilities. Other properties are used to enable/disable context-menus, the display of share names, and whether icons are displayed or not - to name a few. FolderView/X also provides a complete list of events, giving you total control over what happens as the user selects and clicks on folders. And FolderView/X provides a Folders collection containing Folder objects which provide useful information such as PathName, ShareName, and DisplayName.
Grid/X
Mabry's Grid/X ActiveX control provides functionality and flexibility not seen in other grid controls. The rich object model consists of 20+ separate objects that make utilizing Grid/X's features easy and reliable.
List/X
List/X+ is an ActiveX control that sets a new standard for functionality and programmability in ActiveX controls. List/X+ provides multiple sortable columns, multi-line headers, captions, and list items, unlimited color options, and more. The Mabry List/X+ control is a 32-bit light ActiveX control.
ListBar/X
Mabry Software's ListBar/X control provides a way for you to give your applications an intuitive user-interface when large amounts of information need to be presented. Using ListBar/X, you can organize items into groups. ListBar/X also provides numerous display options such as using large or small icons. The items in ListBar/X act as flat buttons (the item appears as a button only when the mouse is over it). ListBar/X is also able to display pictures in the background of the control. ListBar/X has many other features, and it's an ATL-authored control, requiring minimal supporting DLLs.
PropertiesList/X
PropertiesList/X is a list box with columns where users can edit program-defined properties just like the properties edit list in your favorite development environment. PropertiesList/X has two (or more) columns -- one column for the property name, one or more for the value. Properties can be strings, values selected from a combo box, fonts, colors, or even Boolean values. This control lets you put all of your user-modifiable values in one place for ease and convenience.
SoundX/X
This control provides Soundex and Metaphone algorithms. Soundex and Metaphone convert words or names to codes that represent how they "sound". This can be really useful in a database application where users need to find names they may not know how to spell exactly.
Tray/X
Tray/X is a 32-bit light ActiveX control that allows your application to display an icon (with tool tips) in the system tray. It is often desirable to display an application in the system tray rather than on the taskbar if the application generally runs unattended or with little user input.
Tree/X
Mabry Software's Tree/X ActiveX displays a tree view of a list of items. It allows every item to have its own text, picture, check box, color, to hold any window, and even to hold complete stand-alone components. Use Tree/X to arrange headings of your documents, the entries in an index, files on your disk, different sorts of bitmaps, to sort your collection of articles and objects, and much more.
XMLTree/X
XMLTree/X provides an easy way for you to display, edit, and save XML files. XMLTree/X combines a List control with a Tree control. You can use XMLTree/X as an advanced List control, or as an advanced Tree control, or a combination of both at the same time. The control allows displaying a hierarchy with root nodes, and, you can use columns at the same time. No matter what format you choose to display data using XMLTree/X, you also have access to a number of collections, properties, and methods that control the way individual cells are formatted. XMLTree/X control supports incremental search, mouse wheel, selection items using a select box, and more.
